    Very very good bagel store. Customer service is very good here and friendly. Bagels are always fresh and good. Yes it does get busy at times and there are sometimes a wait but that’s because it’s quality and I don’t mind waiting. Would rather quality and wait then get in and out and the food sucks. Been going here for years and will always continue to come here.

    Good bagels, the staff was super friendly, the line was about 5 people in front of me when I got in, it moved pretty slow, same as when I placed my order waiting for it to be made.

    Our staff orders every Saturday from Smithhaven Mazda and the food comes hot and fresh! Thank you such fast delivery too.

    Called in a small order for my wife and I, girl on the phone was EXTREMELY rude, laughing on the phone constantly asking what my name was, and after trying to place the order several times, was told our order for two bagels was too small considering they have a long line. What she said verbatim after asking what we were ordering: "okay so you can't just place an order for two bagels, we have a very long line here"... I love this place and never had an issue... Shame... Guess I'll take my business elsewhere!

    Worst experience of my life!!!! Absolutely terrible customer service. I called in a phone order and after waiting a half hour i get told they didn’t receive an order and proceed to tell me that i called the wrong place after showing them that i called their location. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. If i could give them 0 stars believe i would do it 10 times!
